Grapevine Texas is served by Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District. The district has eleven elementary schools, four middle schools and two high schools. 2007 was a great year for the Grapevine-Colleyville ISD, as eight of the campuses achieved the state’s highest rating of exemplary by the TEA. For this year, both Colleyville Heritage and Grapevine High Schools had higher ACT scores than the national average. Also for 2007, both high schools boasted higher reading, math and writing SAT scores than the national numbers. These students also took over 3,000 Advanced Placement Exams to try to gain college credit.
